Beta Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement

This agreement is between MMMERA, Inc. (d/b/a Guillotine Games, "Company") and you ("Tester").

  1. Confidential Information. All unreleased builds, assets, story content, features, bugs, and communications provided through the beta program are confidential.
  2. No Disclosure. You will not share, stream, record publicly, screenshot publicly, or discuss confidential information with anyone outside the program without written permission.
  3. No Redistribution. Builds and Steam keys are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
  4. Feedback. Feedback and bug reports you submit may be used by the Company without obligation to you.
  5. Term. These obligations last until the information is made public by the Company.
  6. Termination. The Company may remove you from the program at any time.
